The City of Chico has created a terrible poll that is filled with leading questions based on the false assumption we want to provide more services for all the homeless bums, junkies and crazies that find their way to Chico. The poll is very telling of the liberal mentality that seeks to spend us bankrupt providing for bums and junkies.
You can write in your comments below the poll questions. So at least they will get some real information directly from us angry citizens! Click on the link below and let em have it:
Catch 22 on form. Question #6 must be filled out by ranking their piss-poor priorities 1-7 without duplications. Can’t give them all 7s. Zero not an option or decline to state. Failure to fill in rejects submission.
See what mean? The questions themselves are a fraud on the people. However, I did leave them blank and filled in the comments and it did go in, so maybe try it again? Good luck.

Whomever came up with this “survey” has a college degree in gobbledegook and is pro $pending on bums.
Add that to a screwup programming the survey requiring answers that don’t apply. The Obumblecare application made more sense.
