“Secret Policy” Prevented Vetting of San Bernardino Shooter Bride

Posted by Tina

The female shooter in the San Bernardino massacre, Tashfeen Malik, slipped through our vetting process because of a secret PC policy according to ABC News. Apparently the administration feared a “backlash” if it checked social media:

“It’s difficult to say exactly what [went wrong] and how, but for an individual to be able to come into this country – one who the FBI has maintained had terrorist tendencies or affiliations or sympathies at least for a couple years, and then to propagate an attack like that on our own soil, obviously, I think it’s safe to say there’s going to be lessons learned here,” State Department spokesperson John Kirby told reporters.

Connect the dots…connect the dots…how hard can it be to put the lives of the American people ahead of political “fears” based on PC nonsense!

Obumble’s PC BS is directly responsible for the blood spilled in San Berdoo. Period!
The idea of “feel good politics” taking precedence over the security of our citizens is total and complete hogwash!
At the very least, Jeh Johnson should be fired, but that won’t happen since nobody is EVER held accountable in the Obumble admin.

And with that failure, his nutty comments on climate change, and his poll nunbers dropping like a stone, Obumble is off on another vacation complements of John/Jane Q Taxpayer, as usual!

And your source for any evidence that she was being radical online before she came to this country is?

You want us to connect dots that don’t exist.

Are you stoned again? Drunk? Have you been paying any attention at all? Federal investigators you ninny.

Libby there are times when I think you’ve been living under a rock.

      NRO:

San Bernardino mass-murderer Tashfeen Malik wrote social-media posts that endorsed jihad and expressed disdain for America. Yet, that did not cause U.S. immigration agents to question her admission into our country, much less deny it. In fact, our government consciously avoided learning about Malik’s Islamist rants. Commentators stunned by this dereliction are attributing it to “secret” guidance issued by the Department of Homeland Security. In truth, there is nothing secret about it. The instruction to refrain from scrutinizing social-media commentary, a precious source of intelligence, is a straightforward application of what passes for the official Obama administration “anti”-terrorism strategy, known as “Countering Violent Extremism.”

Government officials now concede that Malik was inadequately screened before being permitted to relocate to the United States on a K-1 visa, issued because she was the fiancée of Farook, an American citizen. The couple married soon after her immigration. Malik’s visa approval was already the stuff of scandal even before the latest revelations — especially in light of President Obama’s plan to admit thousands of immigrants from Syria and other bastions of Islamic supremacism, which inevitably breeds violent jihadism. Right after the massacre, it emerged that Malik had provided government screeners with a fake Pakistani address. She may also have been educated in a notoriously anti-Western madrassa. Neither fact was discovered during the vetting process.

Even the alphabet channels reported it: CBS News

You need to realize those dots are here already, however lately they have been “red laser” dots and when they start to do their dance all over you, well maybe then you’ll see their existence, but it’s going to be to late to understand then.

Well, Mr. Kirby, how about doing your damn job?

Re “It’s difficult to say exactly what [went wrong] …”
Difficult? DIFFICULT???? It is pretty clear what went wrong! What the heck is wrong with you Mr. Kirby? Where have you been? What do your bosses in the State Department do every day?

    1) DHS yanked funding on surveillance that could have identifies CA terrorists

    2) Obama barred surveillance of social media.

    3) Obama ordered federal officials to mislead the public about the Jihadist massacre in San Bernardino

What “went wrong”, Mr. Kirby, is that Obama policy is insane, Obama is insane, his administration stooges appeased his insanity and they STILL KOWTOW TO HIS INSANITY.

This morning they tell us incription on devices that even Apple can’t break is the problem. Removal of incription on the devices would open us up to hackers.

The job, and its more than difficult, is to be smart enough to get around the problem without making us vulnerable.

Too late now but the first mistake was showing a weak face to the enemy followed up by weak responses to the “JV” team. I hope somebody with smarts is working on this problem. I understand ISIS is moving into Afghanistan now.

You realize what type of Visa she had right?
