How Half of America Lost Their F’g Minds!

Dear PS readers, I am about to post a link to a blunt and poignant explanation of what caused Donald Trump’s rise to power.  It should be mandatory reading for every rabid, hateful liberal in America.

If you are offended by crude language, I must warn you, although this is brilliantly done, it contains many expletives in order to drive the point home in a style more familiar to the bomb tossing liberals.  It hits hard and right on target and exposes the left as never before.

And now, without further ado, the link a political masterpiece!

Here’s a snippet, if you need a little push….

“Nothing that happens outside the city matters!” they say at their cocktail parties, blissfully unaware of where their food is grown. Hey, remember when Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans? Kind of weird that a big hurricane hundreds of miles across managed to snipe one specific city and avoid everything else. To watch the news (or the multiple movies and TV shows about it), you’d barely hear about how the storm utterly steamrolled rural Mississippi, killing 238 people and doing an astounding $125 billion in damage.

Mark Wolfe / FEMA
No sports team = no f’s given.

But who cares about those people, right? What’s newsworthy about a bunch of toothless hillbillies crying over a flattened trailer? New Orleans is culturally important. It matters.

To those ignored, suffering people, Donald Trump is a brick chucked through the window of the elites. “Are you a–holes listening now?

Off topic, but seems apropos here—

On this day in 1775, in Tun Tavern in Philadelphia, PA (the state that put DJT over the top) the very first U.S. Marine made his mark on the dotted line.

    From here—

    http://bayourenaissanceman.blogspot.com/2016/11/congratulations-to-my-marine-friends.html

Today is the 241st birthday of the US Marine Corps. Congratulations to them, and in particular to my friends who are current or former Marines.

In their honor, here’s one of the more famous (and true) Marine birthday reminiscences.

On the occasion of the 1978 Marine Corps Birthday Ball at Camp LeJeune, and in the presence of several thousand Marines and their ladies, General Louis H. Wilson Jr., then Commandant of the United States Marine Corps, rose to deliver his address to the troops.

He approached the rostrum, nodded to the Base and Division Commanders and proceeded to explain to the captive masses that he would be short on words that night. He turned to his bride, took a glass, and amid dead silence he offered this toast, then promptly sat down.

    LOVE

The wonderful love of a beautiful maid,
the love of a staunch true man,
the love of a baby, unafraid,
    have existed since time began.

    But the greatest of loves,
    the quintessence of loves,
even greater than that of a mother,
is the tender, passionate, infinite love
of one drunken Marine for another.

There were a few seconds of silence… and then the room exploded. It was ten minutes or more before order was restored.

    Absolutely brilliant.

Nails the truth again and again. Pie’s right…brilliant!

Blacks riot, Muslims set bombs, gays spread AIDS, Mexican cartels behead children, atheists tear down Christmas trees. Meanwhile, those liberal Lena Dunhams in their $5,000-a-month apartments sip wine and say, “But those white Christians are the real problem!” Terror victims scream in the street next to their own severed limbs, and the response from the elites is to cry about how men should be allowed to use women’s restrooms and how it’s cruel to keep chickens in cages.

    Sound familiar? Does to me.

  5. Libby says:

Why can’t I make you understand? Their complaints are entirely valid … but they’re response has been to shoot themselves in the political and economic foot.

Trump made valid points about our decaying infrastructure … but such things are remediated with tax dollars … and The Donald does not pay taxes. I consider it highly unlikely that The Donald will sign laws requiring him too.

    You are unconscionably stupid fools.

    • Harold says:

Yep Lippy, life can be a bitch when you can only perceive change of direction as unfair, and no amount of reason is going to erase that mindset.

Instead try looking at it as just a temporary inconvenience heading toward a more permanent improvement. If it fails like Obama did, you can do what the country did, change it for a better direction.

As to all the disruption and ranting taking place in the streets, I only can say all the protesting being done is in those States/districts that were predominately Clinton voters, so basically these protests are mostly just disrupting the lives of her supporters, which seems fair.

Some times life is deplorable, but at this point what difference does it matter now?. Hummm, where have I heard that before? has a bite to it though, doesn’t it!

    • Joe says:

      Hey Libster,

      Here’s your hero

HILLARY TO DONNA BRAZILE: “I’m so sick of your face. You stare at the wall like a brain dead buffalo, while letting that f – – – ing Lauer get away with this. What are you good for, really? Get the f – – – to work janitoring this mess – do I make myself clear?”
“If that f – – – ing bastard wins, we all hang from nooses! Lauer’s finished…and if I lose it’s all on your heads for screwing this up.”
“Hillary proceeded to pick up a full glass of water and throw it at the face of her assistant, and the screaming started.”

What a Gay, Muslim, Pakistani-American Immigrant Learned Traveling to Rural Alaska the Week Before the Election:

    “Dear 59,668,724 Disappointed Americans,

I know this is a devastating day. Considering the toxic levels of hatred and division unleashed over the past few years of campaigning, either outcome was going to be a bitter pill for HALF of our nation to swallow. Like all forms of mourning, it will take time to heal as we mourn the loss of our version of the next four years.

But notice I said OUR version. Because there is another one. And that one not only has a lot of supporters, but has legally and definitively asserted it’s right to be heard. It’s a perspective I didn’t know a lot about until recently.

A few months ago I sat down with Glenn Beck for an intense chat about hate in America. At some point he questioned why I lumped all “White Americans” together when expressing a particular point of view. I thought about that a lot.

So, the next day I decided I needed to understand the election from a perspective other than my own. On my drive to work I found a Conservative radio station. The morning after, I found another. And ever since, thanks to the power of satellite radio, I’ve been crisscrossing the country, popping in to listen to local call-in shows.

Here’s what I learned by listening. Listening. Not waiting to speak. Not waiting to disagree or refute.

There exists a HUGE population in America who are desperately struggling to feed their families. They feel their needs are not authentically represented within this huge government. They feel their concerns are not being voiced by any major news outlet. They are tired of being called “dumb,” “bigoted” and “racist.”

And, based on the shocked expressions of every anchor last night that all their polling data was off, apparently they aren’t even really counted.

I was feeling such a groundswell of their frustration and unhappiness – and even the strong possibility of a Trump victory – that I decided last-minute to travel with my husband and our six-month old daughter to Ketchikan, Alaska the weekend before the election.

Why? Because I wanted to meet these people. And I wanted them to meet me. Before we had a “Winner.” How else would we understand each other beyond the “black” and “white” which we BOTH have been painted, non-stop, in this vicious election cycle.”

  7. Pie Guevara says:

    Peggy Noonan

… Donald Trump said he had a movement and he did. This is how you know. His presidential campaign was bad—disorganized, unprofessional, chaotic, ad hoc. There was no state-of-the-art get-out-the-vote effort—his voters got themselves out. There was no high-class, high-tech identifying of supporters—they identified themselves. They weren’t swayed by the barrage of brilliantly produced ads—those ads hardly materialized. This was not a triumph of modern campaign modes and ways. The people did this. As individuals within a movement.

It was a natural, self-driven eruption. Which makes it all the more impressive and moving. And it somehow makes it more beautiful that few saw it coming.

    • Libby says:

School children are moved to brandish swastikas the length and breadth of the land, and this she calls “beautiful”.

P.S.: Peggy may be slipping a little too … she’s reputed to be no slouch in the prose composing department … if she did not realized how else this statement could be taken: “Donald Trump said he had a movement and he did.” Or, maybe I’m just having a Garrison Kieller moment. We take our jollys where we find them.

  8. Pie Guevara says:

When it came right down to it, I could not bring myself to vote for Trump. I won’t go into the reasons, they have been expressed by people such as Jonah Goldberg of the National Review and others far more eloquently than I can. I have expressed some of them in these pages before and do not care to dwell on them as they are now irrelevant. If things go awry you won’t see me strutting about with I-told-you-so.
Everything in life is a crap shoot.

Mine was an easy out, my vote would make no difference. There is no way Trump would ever win California’s winner-take-all electoral votes. So I bowed out on the converse of the classic theory — If you vote, you do not have right to complain about it later.

I never believed for a minute that Trump would win, even up to election night and the betting odds coming out of Lost Wages. I was completely astonished. That astonishment was mixed with joy and schadenfreude, the Clinton crime machine was dead. (At least for the moment, Clinton Crime Foundation Chelsea is still viable.)

I wish our new president well and pray he guides the nation to a true hope and change — a renewed and solid economic prosperity, a solution to illegal immigration and a strong defense against those who would destroy us.

Trump will need a lot of help on this and I hope he gets it. He has four years to make a dent in it with the help of a Republican controlled legislature.

Either there will be a true revolution towards economic vitality, realistic energy policy, limiting government and debt reduction (the debt was never a prominent issue in the campaign from either side) or it will be the same old crap.

I hope Tina’s prescience bears fruit. When Trump won the nomination she jumped fearlessly on the bandwagon, resolute and unwavering.

Perhaps most delightful is the Democrat party’s volunteer propaganda arm reaction. The MSM is reeling and doubling down on their deranged, nausea inducing false narratives. They are taking yet another elitist crap on the middle class and blue collar workers as perfectly expressed by The New Yorker magazine — The election of Donald Trump to the Presidency is nothing less than a tragedy for the American republic, a tragedy for the Constitution, and a triumph for the forces, at home and abroad, of nativism, authoritarianism, misogyny, and racism. What a bunch of dorks.

I hope that President Trump plays it smart and assists them in kicking the living **** out of themselves.

    • Libby says:

I wonder if that’s true. If it is, aren’t you glad you live in a state that made doing such damage to your soul pointless? I suspect … the further we get into his term, the harder it will be to find anyone who will admit it.

  9. Libby says:

Well, I’ve been putting it off … but it’s time to address the issue of the angry, violent, hateful winners:

    http://www.salon.com/2016/11/11/this-cant-become-our-new-normal-hate-acts-reported-across-the-country-in-wake-of-trumps-victory/

    http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/2016/11/10/racist-graffiti-greets-trump-win-across-usa/93584210/

So, shall we lay odds … which side settles down first?

Chelsea Clinton being groomed to run for Congress

  11. Steve says:

Great article. I actually read that a few weeks ago and posted it on my FB. The writer is a liberal who, kind of like Michael Moore, actually understands why middle America is so pissed off.
Of course, the writer, and Moore, and Libby, still come to the wrong conclusions and still voted for Clinton, an elitist who would have seen her election as a mandate to further destroy our economy while raking in millions for her family through the Clinton Foundation.
But of course, we are the unconscionably stupid fools for voting for the one guy who could put a stop to the elitist corruption and maybe get our economy back on track. But hateful comments like that are really starting to fall on deaf ears. It’s just more of the same attitude that finally ended the Clintons and will further destroy the democrat party if they don’t start showing this nation some freaking respect. The rioting and looting and threats of killing white people make me think they will sink further, along with any hopes of regaining political power any time soon.

    • Libby says:

You wanna read this sentence one more time?

“But of course, we are the unconscionably stupid fools for voting for the one guy who could put a stop to the elitist corruption and maybe get our economy back on track.”

Anybody so delusional as to believe such a thing, given The Orange One’s history, can be noting but.

  12. Pie Guevara says:

Poor Lippy is beside herself. It is kinda fun to watch.

  13. Pie Guevara says:

I would like to see —

    Rudy Giuliani as Attorney General
David A. Clarke Jr. as head of the FBI
Ann Coulter as Trump’s press secretary

I suspect Obama will wait until the last moment to pardon Hillary, unless he decides to throw her under the bus.

    • Post Scripts says:

I can hardly wait to see who Trump picks, but I like your choices Pie!

    • Peggy says:

Hear he can pardon her for laws she has broken and not even charged for. But, he can’t pardon her for a lifetime of discovered future broken laws, like those under current investigation with the Clinton Foundation.

He’ll have to also pardon her whole team and members of the DNC or they’ll sing to protect their own hides. I don’t see him doing that to preserve his legacy. Ford paid big time for pardoning Nixon.
