BART Police Powerless to Stop Homeless Panhandlers

by Jack

According to the BART Director Debora Allen she wants to stop panhandling on trains and limit it to a safe zone outside the terminals.  However, liberals are already trying to block her.  She will ask directors at today’s board meeting to put it on the agenda for a future meeting.   She also wants to prohibit busking.  Busking is playing music and dancing for money.

“People tell me they just want to be left alone on the train. They don’t want to be forced in a confined space to listen to someone else’s music. They don’t want to be forced to watch dancers. They don’t want to be forced to watch panhandlers walk up and down the train and ask people for money individually,” Allen said as she headed in to today’s meeting in Oakland.

She knows she will face a lot of opposition. Bart board president Bevan Dufty is against it. The ACLU questions whether it is constitutional. She thinks they can work through the issues.

“I’ve done some preliminary research that would indicate that within a paid area BART has a right to have its own ordinances. We already have ordinances that prohibit loud music, smoking, eating, drinking and we can add panhandling to that,” Allen said.

Bums and junkies on the trains know how to avoid paying for the fare.  Further, they present a safety problem for the regular BART passengers.

BART is not a homeless shelter, it’s public transit and they have rules and  standards to provide for safe passage.  But, the bums and junkies are taking over to the degree that many seniors no longer ride BART for fear of encountering a crazy or a junky looking for drug money.

It’s getting out of control.  BART passengers, some with children, have been subjected to walking over human urine and stepping around feces.  At times riders encounter deviant public sex acts.  BART tries to keep the cars clean, but they are having trouble staying ahead of the harassment, filth and vandalism caused by the so-called homeless who use the BART cars for a toilet or a place to sleep.

Transgender Male Rights Crushed In Canada

By Pie Guevara

I am appalled and outraged at the blatant, insensitive bigotry recently displayed by the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal. It makes my blood boil as it should every right-minded person who believes in fairness, equality and the God given rights of all.

In a recent ruling the BCHRT has refused to require that genital hair removing female estheticians extend their services to transgender males with male genitalia. This sort of institutionalized genital bigotry should not be tolerated in any society that claims to be just, fair and free. These oppressed, male genital sporting people identify themselves as female and that should be enough for anyone.

It is a slippery slope my friends. Next they will be ruling that so-called “Christian” bakers should not be required to make wedding cakes in the form of male genitalia for transgender couples. Will there ever be true gender freedom and tolerance for all genitals in a just society?

Jack Lee Art – Flight of the Albatross.DIII

by Jack

Painted 10-22-19, by Jack Lee, acrylic on canvas 12X14.  All comments welcome.

The Albatros D.III was a biplane fighter aircraft used by the Imperial German Army Air Service (Luftstreitkräfte) during World War I. A modified licence model was built by Oeffag for the Austro-Hungarian Air Service (Luftfahrtruppen). The D.III was flown by many top German aces, including Wilhelm Frankl, Erich Löwenhardt, Manfred von Richthofen, Karl Emil Schäfer, Ernst Udet, and Kurt Wolff, and Austro-Hungarian ones, like Godwin von Brumowski. It was the preeminent fighter during the period of German aerial dominance known as “Bloody April” 1917.

Albatros D.III fighters of Jasta 11 at Douai, France. The second closest aircraft was one of several flown by Manfred von Richthofen

Development of the prototype D.III started in late July or early August 1916.[1] The date of the maiden flight is unknown, but is believed to have occurred in late August or early September.[1] Following the successful Albatros D.I and D.II series, the D.III utilized the same semi-monocoque, plywood-skinned fuselage. However, at the request of the Idflieg (Inspectorate of Flying Troops), the D.III adopted a sesquiplane wing arrangement broadly similar to the French Nieuport 11. The upper wingspan was extended, while the lower wing was redesigned with reduced chord and a single main spar. “V” shaped interplane struts replaced the previous parallel struts. For this reason, British aircrews commonly referred to the D.III as the “V-strutter.”

After a Typenprüfung (official type test) on 26 September 1916, Albatros received an order for 400 D.III aircraft, the largest German production contract to date.[2] Idflieg placed additional orders for 50 aircraft in February and March 1917.[3]

Democrats: Impeachment Taking Longer Expected

By Pie Guevara

How disappointing! And here I thought there were multiple obvious reasons for impeachment. Ostensibly clear, straight forward and blatantly obvious reasons. This is no longer the case?

“Every time we have a deposition, it leads us in a slightly different direction,” Rep. Gerry Connolly, Democrat, Virginia.

The timeline will depend on the truth line, and that’s what we’re looking for,” chief 3rd rate headhunter Nancy Pelosi.

“I think it’s more like between Thanksgiving and Christmas” for the end of the investigation, said an unidentified Democrat involved in the probe.”After that, it’s a strategic decision about when to bring it to the floor.”

“Putting an artificial time limit is the wrong way to run a credible investigation,” stated another unidentified Democrat.

Seriously folks, given Trump’s obviously impeachable offenses (as the Democrats and their media lickspittles would have us believe) why are they dragging their feet? A strategic decision?

Get on with it Democrats. What is this weasel worded nonsense? Impeachment is now a “probe” and a “strategic decision?” What happened to the clear cut evidence? What happened to the “credible investigation?

IMPEACH TRUMP NOW!

37-year-old woman – 38 children

by Jack

Meet Mariam Nabatanzi, second from left on top – black top, takes pro-life to a whole new level.

A woman from Uganda has given birth to a jaw-dropping 38 children, and surprisingly she is only 37 years old.

The mother, Mariam Nabatanzi, has delivered all her children at home except her latest addition who is now four months old, reports the Nairobi News.

The newborn had to be delivered by caesarean section at a local hospital.  The doctor who delivered the 38th baby tied the woman’s tubes so she could no long give birth.

The first of the babies began coming when Nabatanzi was married off at age 12 to a man in his 40’s.  The current father is no where to be found, he left allegedly because raising 38 kids was too much for him.

Fort Worth – Cop Shoots Women in Her Own Home!

by Jack

A community meeting was held Tuesday night in the wake of a police shooting that left a 28-year-old black woman dead in her own home.  Former Fort Worth officer Aaron Dean resigned Monday before he could be fired in the death of Atatiana Jefferson. Dean, who is white, has been charged with murder.

Let’s review the facts and see just how outrageous this officer behaved….

A suspicious circumstance call came in to dispatch, it could have been anything, including a possible burglary in progress.  It was reported to police by a concerned neighbor.  He observed the Jefferson’s front door open at 2 a.m. and there was a light on inside the home.

This is a high crime area and it highly unusual that a local resident would deliberately leave their front door open at this hour of night, especially in a tough, gang infested neighborhood.

It’s been reported by the media that officer Aaron Dean responded to the call and entered the yard without waiting for backup.  Further, that he observed a black female inside the home and shouted, show me your hands, while his gun was drawn.  A second later he fired a single fatal shot without even saying he was a police officer.

Okay, that was the news media’s version. Now lets look at the facts.

The time was 2:30 a.m., even though this was a significant factor, if was largely brushed aside by the media.  Police know that after midnight the tweekers, burglars, robbers, home-invaders and all sort of Part I crime (crimes against persons) is more likely to happen.  This is easily proven by the stats.   But, skip over the time element, no need to say anything because it doesn’t fit the narrative.

Media said, officer Dean should have waited for backup.  Oh really?  Guess what, officer Dean was there with backup.

Jefferson was armed with a loaded pistol, not a video controller as first reported.  And she pointed a pistol at the officer, as Dean was saying to, “Show me your hands!” Then ka-pow, the shot was fired.

It took quite a while after the shooting for it the media to report Jefferson even had a gun, much less that she was pointing it at the officer.

A police body camera proves this fact or you can bet this would not be part of the story either!

Before the video was even shown, people were saying Dean lied because they alleged he could not see through the glare on the window!  Uh-huh…now how would anyone know that who wasn’t there?  Dean more likely saw exactly what was going on and he reacted to it.

But, he didn’t identify himself as a police officer!   That’s against the law.  No it isn’t.  Dean didn’t have too, because he was faced with a life threatening situation.  He had no time to engage in any conversation, he had a split second to react to a lethal threat.

It’s never been required that officers must say,” I am a police officer” or something to that effect before using deadly force against deadly force.   However, a light from within the house was shining on the officer… who was in full uniform.   That should have been a clue he was cop and not a gangster.  By the way, keeping a loaded gun at the ready while playing video games is rather odd, don’t you think?

Dean hesitated as long as he dared, under the circumstances, but enough to blurt out one command, but when Jefferson aimed at him, well, now his options were limited.   Dean reacted as he was trained to do.  He fired one shot and that ended the threat to his life.

Not one person, not one… in the media, has characterized this shooting from the police officer’s perspective, its all been a lot of whining and crying and a rush to judgement to hang the cop.  Nobody with any police knowledge or legal experience was invited on air to say this might have been a good shoot.

But, the officer immediately resigned, doesn’t that imply guilt?  No.  What it implies is the police union representative, and quite likely a legal counsel, advised the officer to resign immediately so he would not be forced into an IA interrogation for the sole purpose of proving him guilty.  The ONLY way to prevent that is for him to resign, so that he could exercise his civilian right to remain silent and seek the advice of a legal representative.

This particular house was known to the police because they have visited it before, according to my source.   Again, according to my source, this was not the kind of home you would expect to be completely crime and drug free.

Do you think any of this weighed on officer Dean before the one fatal shot was fired?

Wonder what the toxicology report will say?  Maybe it will it help us understand why this woman was up at 2:30 a.m. playing video games with an 8 year old with the front door open.  Was she under the influence of drugs or alcohol?  And what about the gun, was it legally hers or was it stolen?  Inquiring minds would like to know.

There is a lot to be explained before I am going to say, charge this cop with murder!

Predictably, the media already has the officer convicted of murder, as does the local Mayor.  She couldn’t apologize fast enough or bend over far enough as the news broke.

This story has a lot of similarities to another shooting the media had figured out in the first 10 minutes.  I recall that Obama quickly launched a federal investigation into the police conduct and it all came to naught.  Remember Trayvon Martin?   Here was go again, federal investigation, cop automatically charged and bureaucrats falling all over themselves to apologize before the evidence is in.

Elijah Cummings – Death of a Great Statesman!

by Jack

US Rep. Elijah Cummings, known for his devotion to Baltimore and civil rights and for blunt and passionate speechmaking, died Thursday morning, his office said. He was 68 years old. – Baltimore Sun.   Cummins had led the fight to impeach Donald Trump.  Most of his adult life was as a career politician.

Cummins called President Trump a racist when Trump disputed Cummins characterization over the condition of the City of Baltimore.  Trump called it rat infested and told Cummins he ought to be concerned about cleaning up his district because of crime, filth and blight.  Cummins and Trump sparred often.

Cummings and his wife were under investigation since June of this year by the IRS and others. See story here. https://thedailyconspiracy.com/2019/06/11/elijah-cummings-and-wife-embroiled-in-scandal/

Cummins was tied to the Lois Lerner scandal. However, today (Via WFB)  The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) sent tax documents on a targeted conservative group to Democratic staff on the House Oversight Committee, newly released emails show, despite previous denials by ranking Oversight Democrat Elijah Cummings (D., Md.) that such contact had occurred.

Emails released by the GOP-led Oversight Committee show Democratic staff requested information from the IRS’ tax-exempt division on True The Vote, a conservative group that monitors polling places for voter fraud.

Republicans and conservative activists say the IRS tax-exempt division, led by former official Lois Lerner, targeted dozens of conservative groups because of their politics while ignoring similar progressive organizations.

Cummings publicly requested information from True the Vote in October 2012 on its volunteer activities and training.

Dead Body Clogs Sewage Pumps in Tijuana Mexico

by Jack

You never know what’s going to come out of Tijuana.  This time a dead body clogged a main sewage pump causing millions of gallons of backed up raw sewage to spill over into the US side of the border.  No wonder the locals thought the water tasted unusually rank, beyond the normal rankness.  Police have closed off the pump area temporarily to investigate the dead body as a possible homicide.  Puts a whole new spin on…”Don’t drink the water,” eh?  Yuk.

Seeking the Better Choice

by Jack

Once again we are approaching that decision time where we pick the nation’s leader for the next four years. Because of the controversy surrounding every candidate, including the incumbent, one might argue we don’t have any good choices.   Well, this has come up before and we made the best possible choice and guess what?  It all worked out.

See, the framers of the Constitution knew this would happen on occassion.   Humans are flawed creatures, so we needed something to compensate for our personal shortcomings.  That is exactly why they gave us a federal government with checks and balances, what a great idea!

232 years ago Alexander Hamilton said good government is derived from reflection and choice, not by accident or force. To simplify this even further, Hamilton realized that whatever would enhance freedom and consideration was good and anything that diminished it was bad.   The framers obviously concurred.  And to keep us from going off the rails, they prescribed strict limits to the power of each of the three branches of government, the Executive, Judicial and Legislative.  They felt that was necessary in order to avoid “elective despotism.”  And it’s been tested a time or too.  There’s been a few guys that tried pretty hard to point us in the wrong direction, but thanks to those original checks and balances, we’ve stayed on course despite them.

When you consider your next choice for president, ask yourself which candidate’s views will best enhance the freedoms detailed is in our Constitution and by our founding fathers?   If you can do just that much, you’ve done a lot and in turn your country will have a better chance to survive for another 4 years.
